If it's CARDIO you're after, we'll do a number of different things, including:
                    -  Pool aerobics

                    -  Outdoor power walks or runs / hikes 
                         (with or without obstacle course elements)
                    -  Bicycle rides
                    -  Treadmills / Lifecycles / Ellipticals
                    -  Step lo / or hi
                    -  Aerobics / kickboxing

If you're not into jumping around or have knee or other health issues, we can use specific strength training exercises to get the heart rate pumping. 


If it's TONING & FIRMING you crave, I have a full repertoire of strength training exercises targeted for isolating the exact muscles we'll be working, using free weights, machines and plain old isometrics.

If you seek to go beyond "tone and firm" and you want to
BULK UP, I've got a great program for you too!
